"O Walberswick's a village of very little tillage
In the northern part of Suffolk, and it's very picturesque;
And you fly from all the gritty, dirty bye-ways of the City,
To forget, in pleasant ramble, dreary duties at the desk"
Idyllic. Soaking up the remains of summer...
Louise,
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you had a wonderful summer. What an interesting name this is, Walberswick. I am looking forward to Fall and everything that this special season brings.
A happy week to you.
Love,
~Sheri

ReplyDeleteHad a lovely walk from Southwold to Walberswick many years ago.It was a wet one and I had a spectacular fall in the mud and got covered from head to foot!
